During our recent family vacation in Billund, we chose Refborg Hotel, and it proved to be a solid base for exploring the area. Just a short drive from Legoland, which we visited daily, the hotel's location was ideal for families looking for accessible fun. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a friendly atmosphere that felt more like a second home. The staff were genuinely helpful, even going out of their way to bring us a hairdryer when we needed one. The spacious rooms sported lovely views, and our kids enjoyed the little boutique downstairs. Breakfast was a daily highlight; the spread was simple but fresh, setting us up for our day. The nearby corner store made it easy for us to grab essentials without hassle. And if you're into outdoor activities like mountain biking, the area has some lovely trails to explore. Refborg provided a comfortable and accommodating stay that I'd recommend to families looking to make memories together.
